All orders will be shipped by FedEx and typically takes 3 – 10 Business days.  Please note due to the global pandemic,  shipping delays are expected, however, are out of our control.  After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number (that will be sent to you by email).

All shipping charges will be provided at the time of checkout.  We ship anywhere in Canada and USA.

All inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.

Customer will be responsible for all costs relating to shipping any product back to us. Please make sure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all cords, adaptors, bottles, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
